Capstone VolunteerField scheduling

Live demo

Walk a real campaign, not a sandbox

The demo runs the full DC council campaign seed, loaded end to end from real workbooks: 268 volunteers, 74 election-day vote centers, 25 early-voting sites, 700+ shifts, and 400+ assignments including the no-shows. Open the grid, find the flagged conflict, fill a gap, and read the coverage report it generates.

Five things to try in the demo

Find the conflict

The grid has a volunteer double-booked across two centers. The amber flag shows where, and the override log shows how a field director handles it.

Fill a gap

Open the gap panel, pick an uncovered election-day shift, and watch the fill list rank candidates by ward, center history, and reliability.

Read the 7am report

Generate the executive summary and see the exact PDF the field director gets by email every morning.

Ask the assistant

Ask which wards are thinnest for Tuesday or who has flaked twice. It answers from the live seed data, with citations.

Run the importer

Upload a messy spreadsheet of your own and watch the column mapping, normalization, and dedup handle it.

Then picture your race

Everything in the demo works the same from a ten-minute setup with your wards and your list. See the full workflow.
