Volunteer sign up
One printed QR code. A volunteer pool that builds itself.
Every campaign event ends the same way: a clipboard sheet of names that someone retypes into a spreadsheet on Thursday, wrong. The QR signup replaces the clipboard. A supporter scans, fills the public form in under a minute, and lands in your deduplicated volunteer pool, ready to schedule.
From scan to scheduled

1
Print the code
Each campaign gets its own printable QR code. Put it on the launch table, the rally flyer, the candidate's palm card.
-
2
Supporters fill the public form
Name, contact, ward, availability. The form matches the spreadsheet shape your program already thinks in, and it takes under a minute on a phone.
-
3
The pool deduplicates itself
Signups merge against your existing list by exact match, phone, then fuzzy match. The supporter who signs up at three events is one record, not three.
From there, every signup is schedulable on the grid, rankable by ward for canvass launches, and countable in the 7am report.
Live from day one of the trial
QR signup is included in every plan, starting the first day of the 7-day free trial. Print the code on Monday, put it on the launch table Saturday, and by the time the trial decision comes due you are looking at your own volunteer pool in the grid, deduplicated and ready to schedule. Everything collected during the trial stays with the campaign.
