Comparison

CallHub pricing, and an alternative that works next to your dialer

CallHub places calls and sends texts. We do none of that. We schedule the people who sit down to call, remind them the day before, and record who showed up.

What each tool is for

CallHub makes the calls. Its dialers, scripts, and texting are the working surface of a phone bank. Campaigns pay by the minute or by the contact.

What it cannot tell you is whether twelve callers or five will log in on Tuesday at 6pm.

We treat the phone bank as a shift on the same grid as your canvasses and voting sites. Named callers. A queue for the call the day before.

Reminders that carry your join link. Double-booking checks. And a record of who misses, which ranks every later shift. The full pattern is on the phone banking software page.

What CallHub does is based on how they describe themselves, as of September 2026. Check their site for current details and prices.

They work side by side

Run the calls in CallHub. Run the callers here. The phone bank is a shift with a target. The panel finds the missing callers. The reminder the night before carries your CallHub link. The next morning, mark who came.

Over a season that record tells you who to ask for the GOTV phone banks and who to stop asking. GOTV means get out the vote.

The honest trade

If calling is your only volunteer activity, and you already track attendance somewhere you trust, CallHub alone may be enough.

If your callers also canvass, greet voters, and work election day, one person can be booked twice across tools that cannot see each other.

And the no-shows never add up to anything you can use. We are $99 a month, need no voter file, and change nothing about your dialer.

CallHub questions

Is Capstone Volunteer a dialer?

No. We do not place calls, hold scripts, or send texts to voters. We schedule and confirm the people who do the calling, in whatever dialer you use.

How do the two connect?

Loosely, on purpose. The shift or event here carries your CallHub link in its reminders. Callers open it at shift time. Nothing needs to sync.

Does CallHub track attendance?

It reports calling activity. That tells you who dialed, not who was booked and did not. We record the booked-but-absent callers, and that record ranks every later shift.

Know by Friday who is covering Saturday

  • Every shift sits on one grid, from canvass launches to election day.
  • The gap panel ranks who to ask by ward and by who shows up.
  • Reminders go out the day before, and no-shows are tracked.

The gap panel tells you who to text for each open shift. In a 2020 test with 1,220 volunteers, people asked by text showed up more than 3 times as often as people sent only an email. Read the study.
